1. Snappi® products may only be sold on Amazon or Ebay with express, written consent from Snappi® Baby, and such consent may be withheld in Snappi® Baby's sole and absolute discretion.
2. We do NOT agree to the selling of Snappi® products through co-operatives (co-ops). We believe that the practice of co-ops posing as retailers is unethical and we try our best to supply only legitimate retailers with our product. By co-ops we mean a group who collaborate to meet the minimum requirements from distributors in order to bypass retailers, and enjoy products for their own use at wholesale prices. This does NOT apply to large collaboratives which operate businesses out of brick and mortar stores and follow sound retail practices.
